    Every Wednesday! 6-6:30pm MST.

    The intention for this session is to cultivate inspiration and gratitude through our breath. Each inhale and exhale we take is an opportunity to widen our perspective and bring in warm “feel good” frequencies. This will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your week. This is a great opportunity to try your daily dose of breathwork if you have never tried it before. This is open for all levels! If your beginner or advanced, all is welcome! Come breathe with us.

    This is a free weekly occurence! Great way to connect, ground ourselves, and invite others who you feel would benefit from this practice. Donations are accepted but not required. Will be doing this weekly.

    Come join us on a inwards journey with a guided somatic breathwork session.

    This is your opportunity to dive deep within, release what is no longer serving you, and emerge lighter and clearer. You will be guided through a transformative breathwork session designed to release pent-up emotions, stress, and negative energy. This will be a safe and nurturing space to let go and create room for healing, connect with yourself, and to elevate how you want to show up in the world.

    Remember to fast for atleast 2 hours prior of the event. Bring water, mat, blanket, eye mask. Small pillow is optional but if you do bring one make sure its small. Please come with an open mind and the willingness to do the work all in, without judgement. You give it your all, I promise you'll get what you'll need.

    What to expect: This breathwork can be challenging, this will consist of 15 min introduction and guidance on the session. You may experience physical tingles in the hands, feet etc.. maybe some slight numbness in certain areas throughout the breathwork. This can feel almost like a workout with the heavy paced breathing. You may or may not experience waves of unprocessed emotions come up that need to be expressed, whether that be sadness, anger, laughter etc.. Certain memories or insights even may pop up as well. Its important to not hold any expectations of any specific outcome during these sessions. Just come with an open mind and heart, commit to the work, and receive what you are ready to receive.
