Erik Brault
Originally from Massachusetts, I found my calling as a steel mace and functional strength training coach in Arizona. Despite professional success, an internal void persisted. A transformative Ayahuasca ceremony at Hummingbird Church in California introduced me to somatic breathwork, unveiling the profound power within to release trauma and energy blockages. Over the past four years, my journey with breath and Ayahuasca allowed me to rediscover myself.
As I navigated a battle to be everything for everyone, seeking love in the wrong places and burdened by guilt and shame, I faced addiction to drugs and substances—far removed from my authentic and compassionate self. I habitually would sabotage my intimate and personal relationships, further proving that I couldn’t trust or love myself. Now I’m embracing my truth and my shadow, and I strive to inspire others to do the same.
Throughout this journey, I sought out mentors and learned amazing breathing techniques, Qigong, somatic movements, and shadow work. I became certified in Reiki, energy healing, and bodywork, including fascial stretch and mobility techniques. These tools have not only helped me heal but also empowered me to work with others.
As an initiated man, I spent five days alone in the woods with no tent and no food, creating my rite of passage and drawing inspiration for my mission. By combining unconventional training methods like steel mace workouts with somatic breathing practices, I create spaces for healing and growth. My mission is to empower individuals to strengthen both their bodies and minds, fostering collective healing through mindful movements and breathwork.
